For warranty repairs, our target turnaround is 3–7 days from the day we receive your loupes. Regional coordination means no shipping abroad. For out-of-warranty repairs, we provide an estimate based on the work and parts availability before proceeding.
Loupes carry a 3-year warranty. IGNITE lights carry a 1-year warranty.

Your loupes are custom-built to your measurements after your fitting is confirmed. From order placement to delivery, the standard lead time is 14 days, including the UAE. You'll receive a tracking update once your loupes ship.

For warranty repairs, our target turnaround is 3–7 days from the day we receive your loupes. For out-of-warranty repairs, timing depends on the work and parts availability; we provide an estimate before proceeding. Regional service coordinates local repair logistics, without shipping abroad. Routine headband or nose pad adjustments can often be handled by local contacts without the loupes leaving your country.
Galilean 2.5x and 3.5x suit comfortable all-day general dentistry. Prismatic 4.0x, 5.0x and 6.5x suit restorative, surgical and specialist work. ERGO 3.5x, 4.5x, 5.5x and 6.5x combine detail with an upright working posture. Your fitting consultation confirms the right magnification for your working distance and procedures.
